PRIVATE PA – UHNW INTERNATIONAL FAMILY Marcilly Recruitment is seeking a high calibre, London based, Private PA for an UHNW international family. The role will be based from their London residence in Belgravia five days a week and will also manage their wider global lifestyle and property portfolio in the UK. This is a highly involved, fast-paced position requiring a polished, discreet and emotionally intelligent Private PA who can operate as a true right-hand to the principals. The role sits at the centre of a complex private household, working closely with a long-standing team and liaising with advisors, suppliers and international contacts. They have a very good support infrastructure within their company and family office (including travel teams, full-time household maintenance professionals etc). The successful candidate will take ownership of the principals’ private affairs, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes — from property oversight and global travel to financial administration and high-value asset management. They are senior principals so more settled in life, they do not live an overly demanding lifestyle, so it is not a 24/7 role and very manageable for a fast-paced, high-calibre Private PA. You will be relied upon to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and bring structure and organisation to a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Private PA Responsibilities include: Acting as a true gatekeeper, managing diaries, priorities and personal schedules with precision Coordinating complex international travel, working alongside travel specialists to deliver detailed, highly tailored itineraries Overseeing multiple properties, including maintenance, refurbishments, contractor management and long-term planning Managing household procurement and sourcing, from day-to-day requirements to high-value and specialist items Handling financial administration, including expenses, invoices, payments, insurance claims and reporting to accountants Overseeing multi-property budgets and financial tracking, ensuring accuracy and discretion at all times Maintaining detailed records of art, collectibles and valuable assets, including logistics, shipping and insurance Liaising with galleries, auction houses and specialists for the acquisition and management of fine art Managing insurance policies across properties and assets (including art, jewellery and vehicles) Coordinating medical appointments and healthcare administration, maintaining confidential records Supporting with events, entertaining and gifting, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful execution Assisting with household recruitment and team coordination Reviewing and proofreading contracts and legal documentation Maintaining highly organised and confidential digital and physical filing systems Acting as a key liaison between the principals, household staff and external advisors This role requires someone who thrives on responsibility and working with autonomy, takes pride in high standards, and enjoys being at the centre of a well-run private household.
