Robertson Recruitment are working with an established manufacturer in Kent and are is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join its production team on a fixed term contract.
Please note that the client are happy taking people on just for the weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) You will still get double time for this.
The RoleAs an Injection Moulding Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of injection moulding machinery, maintaining product quality standards and supporting continuous improvement activities across the production facility.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet, operate and optimise injection moulding machines.
Carry out tool changes and machine start-ups.
Troubleshoot process and machine issues to minimise downtime.
Monitor product quality and ensure products meet required specifications.
Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections.
Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams.
Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
