Salary: Competitive Salary of £29,000 - £33,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location: Bromyard, Herefordshire HR7.
Schedule: 39.5 hours. Mon to Thur 8.30am-5.30pm, Fri 8.30am - 5pm

About The Role:
We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team, supporting daily operations and our digital growth. This hands-on role involves working across Mac OS and Windows, managing cloud systems, and using scripting skills to streamline workflows and develop solutions.
You will support our culture of Better Products, Better Service, Better for the UK, People, and the Planet.
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, this role includes IT support, systems development, and website design. You will develop our ERP system to improve processes, provide technical support, create automation, and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities Include:
* Providing IT support across Mac OS and Windows systems.
* Managing AWS EC2 servers or equivalents.
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware.
* Using scripting languages (PHP, JavaScript, HTML) to automate tasks and create tools.
* Supporting integration of business applications.
* Documenting systems, solutions, and processes.
* Collaborating with the team for sustainable solutions.
* Managing network security protocols.
* Performing other duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
* At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL.
* Good understanding of relational databases.
* Experience with AppleScript.
* Experience with AWS EC2 and Linux or similar cloud servers.
Desirable:
* Experience with Claris Filemaker.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Qualifications:
Essential:
* Degree in Computer Science or IT-related subject.
* At least 4 GCSEs (grades 9-4/A*-C), including Maths and English.
Desirable:
* Advanced GCSE in applied IT.
* Other relevant qualifications in Computer Science.
