A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Coeducational Grammar School and Sixth Form in South East London.
This Cover Supervisor position will be part time and temporary in the first instance.
If appointed as a Cover Supervisor, your duties and expectations will include but not be limited to:
* Covering different lessons
* Managing pupil behaviour effectively
* Engaging with pupils in classes
* Holding good understanding of ICT
* Demonstrating a positive attitude
The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor role will be between GBP82.14 to GBP100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
The School
A Mixed Grammar School for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old, located in the London Borough of Bexley.
Ofsted rated the school as Outstanding in all areas in 2022.
It was established in 1955.
In 2016, 100 of the pupils attained 5 GCSE grades from A* to C and 99.1 of the A Level grades were A* to D.
IB classes are taught alongside A Level.
Notable former pupils include professional athletes and an MP.
Requirements
You will be considered if youre a recent Graduate, Unqualified Teacher or experienced Cover Supervisor.
Applications are also welcome if youre a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.
All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Cover Supervisor:
* Right to work in the UK
* Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
* UK Bachelors Degree or an overseas equivalent
* Experience of working with children/teenagers/young adults or as a Cover Supervisor in UK schools
