Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor
Location: Warrington / Hybrid Working
Salary & Package: Negotiable depending on experience

The Role
You will be responsible for providing full commercial support across a portfolio of Water Infrastructure projects, ensuring strong cost control, contractual compliance and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
* Commercial management of projects under NEC forms of contract.
* Cost management, forecasting and reporting.
* Contract administration and change control.
* Managing subcontractor accounts and applications for payment.
* Supporting project delivery teams with commercial and contractual advice.
* Producing accurate financial reports for senior stakeholders.
* Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice across the business.
About You
* Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure or utilities.
* Strong knowledge and experience of NEC contracts.
* Background from either a contractor, consultancy or client-side environment will be considered.
* Water or utilities sector experience is preferred, however candidates from wider infrastructure backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
* Particularly interested in candidates with experience on the Virgin Media telecoms contract.
* Open to candidates from highways, rail, energy and civil engineering backgrounds.
* Permanent career history with good stability in previous roles is important for this position.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ambitious and keen to develop and progress within a growing consultancy.
