About the Role: We are looking for a highly competent and motivated Administrator to join our team at our Hollybank site in Scropton, Derbyshire. As Site & Training Administrator you’ll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the site, ensuring records are accurately maintained and processes run smoothly. Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00. What will your key responsibilities as Site & Training Administrator include? Maintaining accurate training records, matrices and databases. Raising and receipting purchase orders. Ordering and maintaining stocks and office stationary supplies. Scanning and electronically filing HR and training documentation. Creating new starter and replacement ID/Access badges. Support with general HR and Training department activities. What you’ll need to be successful: A good level of English and numeracy skills. The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively. Strong attention to detail to aid controlling document versions. IT literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office programs.
