Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We're looking for a caring and motivated Support Worker to join our 24/7 supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area.
You will provide both emotional and practical support (no personal care) to young men and women aged 16–24 with complex needs, helping them build the skills and confidence to move on into their own accommodation.
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for supporting young people to reach their potential.
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be given.
* Willingness to work a rota that includes days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins (with additional payment).
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Proof of right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
Additional Information:
* Roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check (Adult & Child Workforce), paid for by the company if required.
* Part-time hours available with additional payments for sleep-in shifts.
* A rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive team making a positive difference in young people's lives.
If you like working somewhere where you get to make a positive difference to people every day, we would love to hear from you.
It could be a frontline job providing person-centered support, rather than personal care, or in a business support role – we are looking for talented individuals to join our happy, hard-working team.
In return, we offer full and part-time contracts, flexible working hours, enhanced leave entitlements, occupational sick pay, company pension and comprehensive training.
