Basic Salary: £26,000
OTE : £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30PM NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
* Arranging Service Department bookings.
* Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
* Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
* Must 2/3 years have previous experience as a Service Advisor at a Main Dealer
* Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
* Previous experience Upselling
* Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
