As Quality Validation Manager, you will be a key member of our Quality Management team, driving compliance and validation excellence across our Life Sciences operations. You’ll work collaboratively with operational and functional teams to ensure our systems, equipment, and vehicles meet the highest regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
* Support the Quality Management team in raising quality standards and awareness across the Life Sciences & Healthcare business.
* Ensure full compliance of the validation program with regulatory requirements, maintaining DHL’s leadership in regulatory excellence.
* Empower the UK & Ireland community with the knowledge needed to ensure site compliance.
* Advise operational and non-operational departments on validation, quality standards, and regulatory issues.
* Build strong relationships across departments to support the business and clients’ Quality Agendas.
* Present quality and compliance status during Management Review meetings.
* Host regulatory and client audits, ensuring readiness and full compliance.
* Lead and manage a team, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in team leadership.
* Apply excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of quality objectives.
What You’ll Bring
* Diploma or Degree in a Life Science-related subject (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology), or at least 3 years’ experience in QA management within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
* Essential: Experience in QA/QC within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices sector.
* Proven experience in hosting regulatory and client audits.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in team management.
* Strong understanding of validation processes and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
