Job Title: Apprentice Sales Support Administrator
Location: [Honley, Huddersfield]
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £7.55 per hour (Apprenticeship rate)
Contract: 12 – 18 months dependant on apprenticeship duration.

The Role
We’re looking for an organised, friendly, and tech-savvy apprentice to join our sales support team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be helping to keep our sales process running smoothly — from keeping our systems up to date to make sure our customers get quick, friendly responses.
You’ll gain valuable real-world experience. While working towards a recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Entering and updating data accurately in our systems.
* Communicating with existing clients via email, phone, and social media.
* Handling enquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Using multiple online business applications to support our sales process.
* Helping prepare sales reports, quotes, and proposals.
* Supporting marketing activities linked to sales, such as email campaigns or social posts.
* Working closely with the sales team to ensure they have the right information at the right time. -----------------------------------
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills — you’re comfortable talking to people and writing clear messages.
* Strong attention to detail when entering information.
* Basic IT skills and an interest in learning new online tools.
* Organised and able to manage your time well.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred level 4.
Training & Support
* You’ll work towards your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
* On-the-job training from our experienced team members.
* Regular feedback and mentoring to help you grow in confidence and skills.
