We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our Infrastructure team on the A47 Project. You will provide Reception and administrative support to the teams at the A47 Thickthorn Permanent Site. You will report to and work as directed by the Site Administration Manager/Assistant Site Administration Manager. The location of the site has Car Parking and is a short walk from the Norwich Park and Ride.
What you'll do:
1. Meet and greet visitors to site in a friendly and professional manner and direct them as necessary.
2. Manage the room booking system and set up meetings for the team.
3. Prepare refreshments for those booked in the meeting room if requested and ensure meeting rooms are prepared ready for subsequent meetings
4. Maintaining stock to an efficient and economic level
5. Sending, receiving, and distributing deliveries/paperwork
6. Responsibility for monitoring the EV chargers and ensuring they are utilised efficiently
7. Assisting with delivery tickets/scanning/uploading documents
8. Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required by your Line Manager.
What you'll bring to the role:
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office
10. Office Administration background, with some account payable experience
11. Good customer liaison background
12. Have work pride, ethos, positive attitude, and the ability to preserve confidentiality.
13. Good time management
