Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an additional Clinical Manager for our Care in The Home division, where we employ Nurses as Clinical Managers.
This is an exciting opportunity, as we have ambitious expansion plans and pride ourselves on supporting children, young people, and adults with conditions such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory issues, and gastrointestinal conditions, including PEG feeding.
We seek a candidate with strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring, working closely with a team to support individuals with complex needs like spinal injuries or ABI to live safely at home.

Work Schedule:
* Monday - Friday, with on-call duties for emergencies
* Home-based with regional travel (Chester, Llanfairfechan, Cyfflliog, Ruthin, Saughall, Flint, Liverpool, Preston)
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct competency-based training for clients with complex needs to promote independence at home.
* Delegate clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers through training and assessment, ensuring safe practice in home care.
* Maintain and update Personal Care Plans in line with company protocols.
* Evidence delegation and conduct annual observations of Support Workers and Care Managers.
* Ensure all support workers have current competencies and handle safeguarding issues calmly and accurately.
* Communicate regularly with ICBs and Care Funders, and with scheduling teams regarding care risks.
* Audit patient records and MAR charts monthly within your geographical area.
* Visit clients to teach competencies, ensure safety, and resolve issues.
* Ensure accurate documentation and monitor support worker wellbeing, especially lone workers.
* Apply lateral thinking and a broad perspective to complex care scenarios.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Current NMC Pin registration (Dual Qualification RN/RSCN) or Adult Nurse with recent pediatric experience.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Full driving license and own vehicle.
* Knowledge of vents, bowel and bladder management, tracheostomy care, catheterization, epilepsy, blood glucose monitoring, NIVs, nebulizers, PEG, challenging behavior, ADHD, and autism.
