<div><p>Qualified Nursery Practitioner - Hertfordshire & Bishops Stortford</p><p>Location: Hertfordshire and Bishops Stortford</p><p>Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum</p><p>Job Type: Full Time, Permanent</p><p>Working Hours: 5 days per week between 8:00am - 6:00pm (flexible shift patterns)</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supporting childrens learning and development through engaging play and activities</li><li>Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children</li><li>Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues</li><li>Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times</li><li>Observing, monitoring, and recording childrens progress</li><li>Assisting with daily nursery routines and maintaining high standards of care</li><li>Working collaboratively with the nursery team to support childrens individual needs</li><li>Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education</li><li>Accepted qualifications include:
