About The Role
We are seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to help maximize revenue across our Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin properties. As Cluster Sales Manager, you will drive the hotel's sales and marketing plan, reporting to the General Managers and National Sales Director. You will lead, support, and develop the cluster sales executive to ensure optimal performance and achievement of business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include managing and leading the inquiry process, ensuring training and communication within the department and across the two hotels, and developing strong relationships with guests. You will be a self-starter, organized, and able to prioritize actions while managing tasks to completion.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and oral, are essential, as is confidence in presenting to senior decision makers. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, as would a working knowledge of the hotel industry.
