Protocol Education are seeking a confident and adaptable Secondary Teacher to work across a range of secondary schools in Middlesbrough. This role involves delivering lessons in your subject specialism and providing general cover across KS3–KS4.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Support students in achieving academic progress across KS3 and KS4.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively following school policies.
* Communicate with department staff regarding student progress and lesson outcomes.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in secondary schools or delivering subject-specific lessons.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
