Role: Maintenaince Operative
Hours: 5 days over 7
Location: South West London
Salary: Up to £40K
What You'll Do:
* Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing maintenance needs.
* Conduct statutory compliance checks and support proactive maintenance strategies.
* Handle repairs across trades, including painting, plumbing, and minor joinery.
* Liaise with contractors on complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
* Manage furniture logistics, cleaning standards, and safety protocols.
* Assist with resident check-ins/outs and contribute to community event preparation.
* Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on stock control and operational improvements.
Who You Are:
* A skilled tradesperson with expertise in maintenance, decorating, and repairs.
* Experienced in residential property or facilities management (2+ years).
* Knowledgeable about Health & Safety Compliance, PPM, and site risk management.
* A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Passionate about creating thriving communities and delivering exceptional service.
* Flexible and adaptable to business needs, including occasional out-of-hours work.
