Provide exemplary case management, including support, advice, advocacy, and signposting to relevant services. Develop and maintain action plans with job seekers, agreeing on activities that lead to sustained employment and personal development. Deliver support using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) models. Collaborate with local agencies, partners, employers, and colleagues to provide comprehensive support to individuals. Manage a high volume or complex caseload, ensuring appropriate evidence is captured to support sustainable employment. Motivate clients in their job search activities, developing realistic action plans and offering job search support courses. Support local recruitment needs through job fairs, employer open days, outreach events, and redundancy projects.
