What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey
* Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries
* Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
* Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
* Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate
* Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry (essential)
* Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone
* A target‑driven mindset with the ability to maximise sales opportunities
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* A professional, customer‑focused approach
* Full UK driving licence
