WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
* Be a brand ambassador for client to partners.
* First line of support and effective triage for incoming partner requests and troubleshooting
* Partner Portal Administration
* Partner Onboarding and provisioning
* Trial and Demo order processing
* Case management
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for partner portal support inquiries
* Manage partner onboarding, provisioning, and profile enablement
* Support login credential setup and troubleshooting
* Process trial and demo requests to help partners showcase products successfully
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
* Manage support cases and maintain service level commitments
* Contribute to operational excellence through adherence to processes and best practices
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and/or ServiceNow is preferred
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
