ROLE: TIG Welder PAY RATE: £13.81 - £17.26 per hour (Dependent on Experience) £13.81 per hour is the minimum starting rate and not a fixed salary. The final hourly rate will be agreed based on the candidate's experience, salary expectations, interview performance, and results of the TIG welding skills assessment.
