Oversee delivery of digital product roadmaps, ensuring tools meet operational needs. Ensure technology infrastructure is resilient, secure, and fit for purpose. Lead the AI programme, evaluating opportunities and embedding emerging technologies. Contribute to organisational strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Manage technology budgets and third-party contracts to maximise value. Build external networks to identify digital trends and enhance organisational impact.
