Spire Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced ITU Nurse to join their warm and friendly team.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Provide safe care for Level 2/3 patients in ITU
2. Constantly assess / reassess patients' health and wellbeing needs across a complex and changing caseload
3. Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs
4. Safe handling / sharing of complex, sensitive or contentious information.
5. Provide effective / safe / high standard care to patients post cardiothoracic, orthopaedic and general surgical procedures
6. Assist the Multi-Disciplinary Team in planning person-centred care
7. Ensure effective communication / accurate documentation at all times Who we're looking for:

8. NMC registered with no restrictions
9. ICU experience is essential
10. ICU certificate is essential
11. Cardiothoracic experience is desirable but not essential
12. Strong communication skills
