Temporary Receptionist
We’re currently seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Receptionist to join our client’s busy front-of-house team in Eturia. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a welcoming and organised environment.
Key Duties for this Receptionist role:
Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner
Answering and directing telephone calls and handling general enquiries
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Maintaining the reception and front-of-house area to a high standard
General administrative support, including filing, archiving, and data entry
Assisting with basic office coordination and supplies
Skills & Experience Required for this Receptionist role:
Previous reception or front-of-house experience is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Professional presentation and a positive attitudeDetails for this Receptionist role:
Monday to Friday 8am – 3pm
Hourly rate: £12.50ph
Location: Eturia, ST1
Temporary until December
