A well-established lettings agency is looking for a motivated Property Manager / Inspections Clerk to join their busy Gloucester team.
This role offers a varied workload and the chance to take ownership of a portfolio while delivering excellent service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager / Inspections Clerk:
* Manage a designated property portfolio, handling day-to-day maintenance issues.
* Liaise with landlords and negotiate with contractors to ensure works are carried out efficiently.
* Prepare and manage legal documentation to ensure compliance with current legislation.
* Arrange and carry out regular property inspections and checkouts.
* Oversee deposit dispute negotiations with professionalism and fairness.
* Consistently uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in property management or lettings is preferred.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
* A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driving licence (essential, as inspections and checkouts are required).
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
* 1–2 Saturdays per month: 9.00am – 1.00pm
