Description This key leadership role is responsible for driving the execution of our retail sales strategy across QLD and NSW. You will lead and mentor a team of Retail Sales professionals and serve as the primary contact for key state and regional meetings and escalations. Reporting to the Head of Retail Sales Operations, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance performance, grow market share, and elevate the customer experience. Skills And Experiences Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement sales strategies, analyse data, and drive growth through tactical execution and customer agreements. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Retail Sales team; manage performance, KPIs, and team operations. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key retailers, manage escalations, and support long-term business development. Marketing & Product Activation: Execute marketing plans, launch new products, and manage promotional campaigns in line with brand strategies. Reporting & Administration: Oversee team reporting, analyse KPIs and sales data, manage leave approvals and expenses. About you: Proven experience in retail sales leadership, preferably within the consumer goods or home appliances sector. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Ability to lead through influence and inspire high performance.
