Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are looking for a commercially minded CRM Manager to build and optimise lifecycle communications across email, SMS and direct mail. This is a brand‑new role with real ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, building journeys and using insight to drive measurable growth.

What you’ll be doing
* Build and optimise CRM journeys that drive bookings, retention and lifetime value.
* Support upsell and cross‑sell across optical and audiology using segmentation and behavioural insight.
* Own CRM workflows supporting Bayfields Connect membership, including sign‑ups, value communications, renewals and churn reduction.
* Partner with the Brand Manager to shape sequencing and messaging, then translate campaigns into effective CRM executions.
* Deliver and optimise CRM communications across email, SMS and direct mail using Klaviyo.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
* Strong commercial mindset with experience driving revenue or customer value through CRM.
* Hands‑on email and SMS delivery experience.
* Confidence building CRM capability from scratch.
* Experience with Klaviyo is highly desirable
* Hybrid working will be discussed at interview stage
