The role of the Project Manager Retail Fit-Out will involve but not limited to:
Project Manager position responsible for managing and delivering retail fit-out and commercial projects nationally
Manage multiple retail fit-out and commercial interior projects from design and tender stage through to completion and final account agreement
Review of architectural drawings, prepare scopes of work and specifications, and manage tender processes to ensure projects are commercially viable.
Coordination with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Regular site visits across the UK to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance. xsngvjr
Project documentation, handovers and regulatory compliance while supporting the Managing Director with project delivery and business growth initiatives.
The ideal applicant will be Project Manager Retail Fit-Out with:
Must have extensive Project Management or Contract Management experience within one of the following: commercial fit-out, interiors, design & build, hospitality fit-out, shop fitting or closely related sector
Highly advantageous to have a related degree; (construction, architecture, interior design)
Excellent understanding of up-to date building regulations
Able to successfully manage and deliver for multiple projects at one time
Communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
Good telephone manor and high attention to detail
