Digital Marketing Executive
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Caterham.
What you'll be doing:
As Digital Marketing Executive, your role will be to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and display to drive traffic and generate high-quality leads. You will be managing and updating the company website and development pages via CMS, while implementing SEO best practices and monitoring performance to improve visibility and user engagement.
You will collaborate on creating engaging, on-brand content-including emails, landing pages, digital brochures, videos, and social posts-tailored to audience preferences and industry trends. Responsibility for social media channels includes consistent posting, community engagement, and growing brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will develop targeted email marketing campaigns, analyse performance using analytics tools and CRM data, and provide insights to continually improve results and reduce cost per lead. Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator and digital marketing agency, you will ensure all digital activity aligns with brand strategy, manage online reputation, and use competitor and market insights to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & knowledge you'll bring:
Proven experience (2+ years) in a digital marketing or similar role - ideally within property, construction, or a related industry.
Professional qualification in Digital Marketing is highly advantageous
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
Experience using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills using Canva and / or Adobe Suite
Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Experience using video editing tools advantageous
Experience using Foleon would be desirable but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Works well in cross-functional environments, collaborating to contribute to overall team outcome & collective success
