What you’ll do
We seek a driven, dedicated, and passionate individual to join our expanding team and help make BOXT an international household name. As Renewables Technical Support, you will support our growth by assisting the Renewables Team with Heat Pump Design and technical support for customers and installation contractors.
You will be required to:
* This is an office-based role involving proactive customer calls for pre-survey checks on new heat pump sales.
* Arrange heat pump surveys, coordinating with subcontractor installation engineers to ensure timely and quality surveys.
* Create bespoke system designs for customer approval, complying with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
* Plan installations as needed and liaise with installation engineers.
* Conduct post-installation desktop audits on subcontracted heat pump installations.
* Prepare and submit customer handover packs in line with MCS requirements.
* Provide post-installation technical support to installers and customers.
Qualifications and Experience
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the heating sector.
* Experience in a customer service-driven role.
* ACS qualifications (CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT) - desirable.
* NVQ Heat Pumps Level 3 - desirable.
* Clear DBS check.
* Full UK Driving license.
