Job Role: Physiotherapist/ Occupational Therapist
Pay rate-£35.00 per hour
Length of Assignment-Initially 3 Months
Hours per week: 37
Location: Blakenhall Village, Thames Road, Walsall
* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
* Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their physical and functional goals, improving their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
* To work across all pathways of Intermediate Care:
* Reablement, rapid response and rehab beds.
* Must have some community experience.
* Experience working in MDT and rehabilitation preferable.
