Position: Carpenter / Joiner (Operations - Repairs, Maintenance and Voids)
Location: Lincoln, LN1 1DU, covering Lincoln and Boston areas
Type: Permanent Full Time
About The Role
Deliver high-quality service by carrying out planned repairs to void properties and performing various trade repairs and maintenance work. Use a handheld device (training provided) to complete tasks efficiently and safely, ensuring excellent customer experience.
About You
Hold a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or equivalent, with excellent Health & Safety knowledge. Experience in occupied and void properties, with a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card or working towards it. Punctual, reliable, and capable of operating small handheld tools such as drills and breakers. Hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months as a company vehicle is provided.
