* Prepare financial packs and group reporting to Valeo Group, with alignment to internal results and OneStream outputs.
* Own the relationship with our Dutch accounting and tax advisors for subsidiary support.
* Oversee tax compliance-VAT, corporation tax, and R&D claims-liaising with HMRC, group tax teams, and external consultants.
* Maintain the group fixed asset register, ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies.
* Manage our insurance process with brokers and coordinate annual renewals.
* Support internal and external audits with appropriate documentation and financial analysis.
Crucially, you'll be a proactive business partner-working with a variety of stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams to provide actionable insight and support business decision-making.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3-5 years' PQE in a financial control, accounting, or finance business partner role.
* Proven experience in month-end close, reporting, and tax compliance, preferably in a group or multi-entity structure.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
* Strong systems knowledge (e.g., Sage, Oracle, IFS) and confident in Microsoft Excel.
* A collaborative mindset-you're someone who works well cross-functionally, building relationships and driving alignment.
