A leading global medical device organisation is seeking an experienced Commercial Business Manager to lead pricing strategy, contract management, and commercial operations across the UK & Ireland.
This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving profitable growth through effective pricing governance, NHS procurement engagement, tender management, and strategic commercial support. The position manages a small specialist commercial team and partners closely with sales leadership and key procurement stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial pricing and contract strategy across the UK & Ireland
* Manage and develop a team of commercial specialists
* Support complex tenders, negotiations, and NHS procurement frameworks
* Drive margin optimisation and commercial performance

Requirements
* Strong commercial leadership experience within medical devices or healthcare
* Proven background in pricing, tenders, contracts, and procurement engagement
* Experience working with NHS Supply Chain and national procurement frameworks
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at a senior level
* Team leadership experience preferred
