This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Analog IC Design Engineer to join a successful turn-key provider of custom ASICs.
Based near Swindon, the Graduate Analog IC Design Engineer will have the chance to work alongside experienced Analog IC Designers on numerous different circuits, getting to grips with analog block specification, design, verification, and documentation. You’ll have the chance to see projects from concept to completion, from architectural design through to layout. It’s a superb chance to learn from some of the best in the industry, and really launch your career in Analog IC Design.
For this role we are looking for someone who can really embrace and understand the maths and the control theory behind the electronics. Someone with a solid mathematical basis who is looking to be trained up into a top-notch engineer would be the ideal candidate.
You will have:
* A BSc / MSc degree in Electronic Engineering / Physics or similar (1st or 2:1 grade)
* A good technical foundation within the concepts of analog / digital IC design
* Knowledge of design and simulation tools (for example Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Designer)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Plenty of enthusiasm
* Eligibility to work in the UK
