Smyth & Co are thrilled to be recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join an exceptional venue on the stunning South Coast of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead front-of-house operations at a high-performing coastal restaurant in a vibrant seasonal setting.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Tips
Contract: 9.5 months off over Christmas – no on-site work during this period
Accommodation: Provided for the first 3 months to support relocation to the Isle of Wight
Restaurant Overview:
Team Size: 40–50 including front-of-house and kitchen teams
Manage and motivate a large FOH team, maintaining service excellence during peak season
Work closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team to deliver smooth service and operational efficiency
Drive staff training, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance
Maintain a high standard of hospitality that reflects the venue’s exceptional coastal reputation
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a high-volume, premium restaurant setting
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Willingness to relocate for the duration of the contract
