About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll support individuals in enjoying their everyday lives through activities like swimming, arts and crafts, outings, and shared meals. You'll build meaningful connections and support communication, often learning to understand subtle expressions of those with limited verbal communication. You will work within a dedicated team, including registered nurses, to ensure high standards of care.
Position Details
* Full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week)
* Shifts on a rota basis, including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Candidate Requirements
No previous experience is necessary—what matters most is your passion and willingness to learn. You must be a driver with a manual or automatic license. Being comfortable in a pool is preferred but not essential.
