Technical Contract Manager\n\nLeading FM Provider\n\nPaddington\n\n£68,000 - £70,000\n\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Technical Contract Manager to join one of the leading companies in the facilities industry.\n\nThey are looking for an experienced site based Technical Contract Manager to work on at a high profile commercial campus based in the Paddington.\n\nThe main purpose of the job will be to ensure that all contractual and technical operations are maintained to a very high standard and all obligations are met.\n\nThe manager will also need to maintain the site's PPMs to 100% completion at a high-quality level and update the asset register on a routine basis.\n\nThe manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance is conducted, and that all requests are responded to for a client with a 6 star service level and will also be a key player in the technical pro-active approach on risk minimisation.\n\nTechnical Contract Manager Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage all technical issues.\n\n * Supervise an engineering team of supervisors, engineers and admin staff.\n\n * Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s.\n\n * Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.\n\n * Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works.\n\n * Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.\n\n * Recruitment of any new staff required on sites.\n\n * Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.\n\n * Management of client relationships on a daily basis.\n\n * Management of all reports.\n\n * Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.\n\n * Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:\n\n * Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher.\n\n * Strong technical engineering understanding.\n\n * Previous experience of managing engineering teams.\n\n * Experience of service delivery in high profile commercial environments.\n\n * Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.\n\n * Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.\n\n * Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
