Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting a newly created Group Finance Manager role on a permanent basis with a rapidly growing SME. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is solutions orientated, process driven and seeking a role where they can add value and be part of a growth journey.
The role
The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for all commercial activity including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, business partnering and overseeing month end reporting. As well as the above you will also be responsible for managing a small team. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Consolidating management accounts with analysis and commentary.
* Supporting the Group Financial Controller with the annual budget.
* Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
* Streamlining processes and reports - power BI would be an advantage.
* Driving financial performance.
* Managing a small team, ensuring deadlines are met and adhered too. Developing team members and supporting them with their career goals.
* Supporting with acquisitions.
Profile
We are seeking a forward thinking and ambitious individual who is seeking a role with long term career prospects. Key skills/attributes will include:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE.
* Proven leadership experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with strong business partnering capabilities.
* Process driven with an eye for streamlining processes and reports.
* Strong excel skills, power BI is an advantage.
Package
* Hybrid working with 2 days onsite in Swindon, up to 3 days working from home.
* £60,000-70,000 base salary + bonus.
