PRODUCTION OPERATIVE Location: Near Thetford (must have own transport) Salary: £26,500 + regular overtime Hours: • Mon–Thurs: 08:00–16:45 • Fri: 08:00–15:00 Holidays: 25 days per year (Jan–Dec) + bank holidays We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role involving the assembly, preparation, and packing of products before dispatch. The Role You will work as part of a team to carry out a range of production tasks, including: * Preparing components and materials * Assembling products to manufacturing standards * Applying fittings, fixtures, labels and other product details * Packing, palletising and preparing items for delivery * Using air and powered hand tools (training provided) * Reading and working from manufacturing drawings (training provided) * Following all health & safety procedures * Supporting with general production duties as required Manual handling is involved.
