English ESOL Tutor Needed in Oxfordshire!
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) lessons to students
* Assess students' language skills and develop tailored learning plans
* Provide feedback and support to help students improve their English language proficiency
* Create engaging and interactive learning materials
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Required Qualifications:
* CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent teaching qualification
* Proficiency in English language
* Experience teaching ESOL to adults
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching ESOL
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of language acquisition principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
* Organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in TESOL or related field
* Experience with online teaching platforms
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
