* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A commitment to high standards of service delivery and attention to detail

Our Offer:

* Salary of £34,743 per annum
* 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time (35 hours per week)
* Hybrid working (typically 1–2 days per week in the London office, SE11)
* 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Generous 10% employer pension contribution

* Additional benefits including season ticket loan, cycle scheme, professional fees, and eye tests

Our Values & Culture:

We value togetherness, achievement, accountability and integrity. You will thrive in our environment by working collaboratively, supporting colleagues, taking ownership, and contributing to continuous improvement.
