They are now seeking a Cover Supervisor who can step confidently into lessons across a range of subjects to maintain continuity of learning.
What You ll Be Doing:
* Supervising students during lessons where the usual teacher is absent
* Delivering pre-set resources and instructions with clarity and confidence
* Managing behaviour effectively using the school s established systems
* Promoting a focused, respectful learning environment
* Reporting back on lesson engagement and student conduct

You Will Need:
* Experience working with young people (youth work, tutoring, teaching assistant roles or similar)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A confident, professional approach and ability to follow systems
* A genuine interest in education and supporting student progress
