FP&A Analyst Location: Redditch (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Type: Permanent The Role We are supporting a well-established, growing organisation in the recruitment of an FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing finance team. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, commercial business partnering and acquisition analysis, providing meaningful insight to support strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, commercially curious finance professional who wants to develop their FP&A skillset in a collaborative, forward-looking environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning Analyse and report on financial and operational performance, including variance analysis and trend identification Partner with cross-functional and commercial teams to provide insights that drive profitability and performance Support financial analysis relating to complex acquisitions and strategic initiatives Prepare and deliver clear, insightful financial presentations to senior management and key stakeholders Develop and maintain KPIs aligned to strategic objectives Continuously improve financial processes, models and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy Experience & Requirements Degree educated and qualified accountant (ACA preferred) Strong FP&A experience, ideally gained within professional services, financial services or a related environment Background from a Top 4 / Big 4 accountancy firm strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability Confident communicator, able to translate financial data into commercial insight Comfortable business partnering with non-finance stakeholders High attention to detail, strong integrity and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Well-suited to someone with solid experience but not at senior level Clear scope for development within a growing finance function
