Are you a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer looking to work with high-net-worth clients on high-value, non-volume transactions? We are excited to offer an opportunity with a top 100 law firm in Nottingham, where you’ll be working alongside Wealth Estate owners and providing bespoke services in a client-focused environment.


What You’ll Do: As a Senior Residential Property Conveyancer, you’ll play a key role within a busy Private Client Residential team. You’ll provide legal support in a variety of high-value property transactions, including:


* Acquisitions & Sales
* Auctions & Land/Property Transfers
* Re-mortgages
* Private Client & Corporate Property Support


What We’re Looking For:


* Experienced Residential Property Conveyancer
* Ability to work on high-net-worth, non-volume transactions
* Excellent client service focus
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within Residential Property


What’s on Offer:


Salary: £45,000 - £55,000+ (dependent on experience) + bonus
