Managing devices including laptops, iPads, printers, AV equipment, and more
Troubleshooting issues with Windows/Mac OS, hardware, and networking
Supporting cloud platforms including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Handling user onboarding/offboarding, device imaging, and system housekeeping

What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years’ experience in hands-on IT support
Strong troubleshooting across Windows 10/11, Mac OS, networking, hardware
Office 365 knowledge, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
Familiarity with Active Directory, file permissions, and printer support
Confident working independently and building relationships on-site
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle, essential for travel between schools
Ideally based in or near Swindon
Nice to Have (but not a deal-breaker):
Understanding of VLANs, VPNs, QoS
Experience with network cabling, antivirus solutions, or backup systems
The Package:
Salary from £26,000 per year
Mileage expenses covered
Company pension scheme
Ongoing training & cert opportunities
Company events & socials
26 days holiday + bank holidays
