Commis Chef Caledonian is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen teams at our hotel,. Key Job Responsibilities Assisting with the preparation and production of food items in line with agreed standards. Working collaboratively as part of the wider kitchen and restaurant team. Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to a high standard and within required timeframes. Having a good understanding of the daily menu and your responsibilities within it. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area, including correct storage of ingredients and equipment. Adhering to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times. Complying with hotel policies, procedures and health & safety regulations. About you Have a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic. Be self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Be a reliable team player with a willingness to support colleagues. Show a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
