The Role
We're working with a global entertainment and technology business looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team on an initial 10-month contract.
You'll be supporting and enhancing a large-scale partner platform used by content creators and publishers worldwide to deliver digital content to a global audience. Working closely with product teams, developers and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in designing, building and improving ServiceNow solutions across the platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with enterprise-scale systems and collaborating across multiple teams in an Agile environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing and implementing solutions across the ServiceNow platform
* Advising on ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities
* Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape technical solutions
* Translating business needs into scalable platform enhancements
* Estimating, planning and delivering platform changes
* Building and maintaining Service Portal functionality
* Developing integrations with third-party systems and services
* Troubleshooting issues and supporting continuous platform improvements
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
* Strong Service Portal development experience
* Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS and Bootstrap
* Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and HTTP-based integrations
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices
* Experience delivering within Agile environments
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
* Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
* CIS-CSM certification
* Experience working within SAFe delivery environments
* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
* Knowledge of SaaS and cloud technologies
* Understanding of ServiceNow licensing
