Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time Laser Setter/Op to join a busy and expanding company based in the West Bromwich area.
Responsibilities for the day-to-day include:
* CNC Laser & Press Brake operation: Setting, operating, and optimising CNC laser cutting machines, with additional knowledge of press brake setup and operation.
* Machine setup & tooling management: Handling job changeovers, tool changes, first-off setups, and ensuring machines are production-ready with correct tooling and programs.
* CNC production efficiency & troubleshooting: Monitoring machine performance, resolving breakdowns, supporting continuous production flow, and assisting operators with technical CNC issues.
HOURS
7:30am - 16:30pm - Monday - Thursday and 7.30am - 12.30pm Friday.
PAY RATE
£18ph per hour
