Tesco Travel Money Advisor – Tesco Bicester – Part Time
Job Type: Permanent
Hours per week: 16
Salary: £13 per hour + Monthly Bonus
Working Patterns: Flexible shifts between Monday to Sunday, with monthly or weekly rota.

As part of the Tesco team, you will support retail customers with their foreign exchange needs, ensuring a smooth travel experience by understanding their requirements and providing trusted advice.
Responsibilities include:
* Building relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs.
* Acting as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor.
* Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Meeting procedural, operational, and customer service goals.
* Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
* Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Candidate requirements:
* Numerically proficient, comfortable handling cash and currencies.
* IT literate, familiar with computer and till systems.
* Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and listen effectively.
* Driven to succeed, with a positive attitude and customer focus.
Interview process:
1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition or Bureau Manager.
2. Online interview with a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit to the bureau for a face-to-face meeting and environment overview.
4. Job offer upon successful visit and background checks.
