Key Responsibilities
In this Deputy Mess Manager role, you will:
8. Act as the link between the team and the Manager to maintain standards
9. Motivate and support a team of 12 across both outlets
10. Assist with stock control, budgets and action planning
11. Oversee tills and payments
12. Lead from the front to train and coach the team
13. Support administrative duties as needed
14. Provide flexible relief cover when required
